Erik is in the house! Growing up with a passion for the ocean, Erik dreamed of becoming a marine biologist, eager to dedicate his career to studying the wonders of marine life. While his career path may have shifted, his love for learning and curiosity about the world remain as strong as ever. When he's not assisting customers with their insurance needs, you can find him relaxing in his favorite sweatpants, listening to somber 90s music, and honing his skills as he learns to fly an RC helicopter. Erik embodies the spirit of creativity and fun, reminding us all that life is about making connections and lifting each other up. With his quirky sense of humor and genuine desire to make a difference, Erik is a valued member of our team and a friend to all!

Outside the office you can find me singing at Jazz Jams and karaoke nights, bouldering, or embarrassing myself in martial arts classes.

As a boy, Gavin dreamed of being part of a ship’s crew, drawn to the idea of working hard alongside others while getting to see the world.
